Ard boyz finals. Results

Ok. Well here is the run down
Round 1
Orks w/ ghazzkul I went second and was basically had to play on a table that had a tin of los blocking terrain. So wonky mission. We each rolled a trap and a treasure meaning. We each had a 2 pt obj on our side so I wound out playing my ass of to get a Major victory. Not much more than that for that round

Round 2
Against the mirror leaf blower
Ok lost dice roll and it's a table quarter spearhead mission so I get stupid and no deploy. Well I guessed it work I denied him shots and then managed to rally to use my number of scoring units and outlflanking melta vets to screw his manticore hydras and other back line
UNITs I actually for honor of Caria assaulted guard with guard which earned me 3 dead scoring units and pulled another major victory. Also note that this guy was kicked the we one round of semi but apparently gives a good bj to some rep or something to get a pass to finals.

Round 3
Imperial guard mirror match leafblower again
So I made it to table 1 and of course the mirror good player and a a lot of good rolls for him
Not so much for me and a couple bad tactics I got massacred which suck dropping me to 7th I was upset but I learned so much about the mirror and rick my opponent was a great player and i hope he does well in throne of skulls


So on a high note I got to meet some big competitive player and make some heat new friends so I guess I will take a couple months break and so some painting and get some stuff together for my knights since I learned about some good conversions for henchmen thank u Aaron. And also found out about some good conversions for hydras as well that will look pimp I think.

My final thoughts are that when u can tell urself to play to have fun it is a lot better of a game. Being competitive is one thing but getting an ulcer is another I did bend myself out of shape on that loss but I honestly believe that I did damn good for my competitive experience and what I accomplished in this years Ard boyz
